It is that time of the year again, when we host the Namibia Job search Boot Camp for Zimbabweans. Last year’s Namibia Employment Boot Camp was hosted by Oasis College Namibia. The Blog for the Event had over 8000 followers with only 100 Participant making it for the Camp. Due to demand, the Boot Camp has been opened to all interested Zimbabweans. The Employment Boot Camp is an annual event organized by the Zimbabwe Society in Namibia in partnership with the Young Professionals Society of Zimbabwe, Oasis College Namibia and the Namibia Young Professionals Society.

This year’s Boot Camp is sponsored by Venkatshwara Open University which offers accredited and recognized online Degree Programs throughout the world. As part of establishing its Southern Africa’s presence, the University has partnered with the Employment Boot Camp’s Organizers and Sponsors to provide financial support and resources for the 2016 Boot Camp. In an effort to reach more participants, this year’s Boot Camp will be open to all willing and able Zimbabweans.

This year’s 2016 Employment Boot Camp will run under the title “The Job Search Boot Camp” and will partly be sponsored by the University while willing participants will pay US$499 upon arrival.

The 2016 Package includes accommodation for 14 days, Meals, Local Transportation and a dedicated driver, Qualifications Evaluation, CV polishing, Postage, Wifi Access, Printing, Photocopying, Local Certification of Certificates, Post Box, Cell phone line, visit to the Coast in Swakopmund and Welvis Bay, Meeting with Zimbabwean Business people and those working in Namibia, Entertainment among others. VACANCY
The Namibia Airports Company Limited is a Stated-Owned Enterprise established in terms of the Airports Company Act, Act No. 25 of 1998. The primary objective of the Airports Company is to provide safe and efficient airport infrastructure and services in accordance with international standards and recommended practices on sound business principles.
In its quest to fulfil its mandate towards strategic airport operations and development, the Namibia Airports Company Limited invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced professional for the following positions:

1 x Human Resources Officer: Training and Development Job Grade C3
Windhoek Corporate Office

Purpose of this position
·Assist with implementation of technical and soft skills training and development processes that will affect a return on investment through improved individual and business performance.
·Assist in conducting needs analysis/skills audits in the business to ascertain knowledge and skills gaps and the relevance of current core learning interventions e.g. content, target audience, availability, delivery channels etc.
·Assist with the administration of Staff Development activities, processing of staff development related documents, plans training programmes accordingly, organise training sessions, conduct induction/orientation sessions, assist with compiling and control Training and Development Budget, and perform any other duties as may required.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge
·B-degree in Human Resources Management with;
·at least 4 (four) years’ experience in the training and development field, with
good interpersonal, analytical and administrative skills.
·Code BE Driver’s license
