Hiring Organisation: Premier Human Capital Corporation
• Preparing Billing Sheet for Clients
• Preparing Tenders documents and Submitting it
• Preparing Income/Tax documents and submitting it
• Making sure that every client has signed a contract
• Assists candidates in completion of employment registration forms.
• Preparing office paid/unpaid invoices
• Preparing the office Petty cash
• Taking minutes in the meeting, Answering calls, Typing Memos, Faxing and Scanning documents.
• Scheduling for Client workshops
• Organizing Bookings for clients events
• Preparing Daily Office weekly report
• Provides accurate and relevant information to clients at the reception.
• Provision of support and assistance Sales Consultants
• Open, prepare and update position files
• Update candidate and client files
• Phone candidates and clients concerning positions
• Relay important information to client and candidates
• Update Sales Consultants on all developments
• Computer skills (Microsoft: Word, Excel, outlook and PowerPoint).
