Preparing Billing Sheet for Clients
Preparing Tenders documents and Submitting it
Preparing Income/Tax documents and submitting it
Making sure that every client has signed a contract
Assists candidates in completion of employment registration forms.
Preparing office paid/unpaid invoices
Preparing the office Petty cash
Taking minutes in the meeting, Answering calls, Typing Memos, Faxing and Scanning documents.
Scheduling for Client workshops
Organizing Bookings for clients events
Preparing Daily Office weekly report
Provides accurate and relevant information to clients at the reception.
Provision of support and assistance Sales Consultants
Open, prepare and update position files
Update candidate and client files
Phone candidates and clients concerning positions
Relay important information to client and candidates
Update Sales Consultants on all developments
Computer skills (Microsoft: Word, Excel, outlook and PowerPoint).
