Responsibilities:

•Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and strong mathematical and analytical skills •Ability to operate a computer and office machines •Experience in training and coaching Team Members •Attention to detail to ensure accuracy •Ensure hotel is compliant with Corporate Policies (SPI’s, PCI, SOX and ICQ’s, Corporate Governance) and governmental rules and regulations. Report irregularities and non-compliant situations to Finance Manager. •Ensure all procedures are implemented and controlled. •Ensure integrity of information presented to team members and management. •Co-operate with internal and external audits. Implement agreed upon recommendations. •Ensure timely customer satisfaction (internal and external) on accounting related inquiries and requests. •Assist in training and development of Team Members. •Assist with timely submission of all financial results and reports required. •To support and proactively drive and ensure the highest service standards are given to our guests, team members and suppliers in order to enhance SALT, TMES and QA ratings. •Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics which inspire Team Members to meet and exceed standards.
