The Group has a vacancy for suitable qualified applicant in the Marketing department, reporting to the Marketing Manager. Minimum Requirements... ·         Grade 12 ·         Tertiary qualification in Marketing will be an advantage   ·         3 – 5 years’ experience in marketing and customer service  ·         Experience in the fishing industry will be an advantage ·         Good communication/liaison and writing effective business skills ·         Proficient in  MS Office, Accpacc and Asycuda ·         Own reliable transport with valid driver’s license ·         Namibian Citizenship Job Specification... The successful incumbent will perform the following services: - ·         Prepare and deliver documentation for overland sales for the border posts. ·         Control and monitor CGIC. Keep contracts up to date and declare monthly declarations. ·         Update Clients Recons in order to monitor funds/payments received, to sustain their cover (CGIC). ·         Issue transport invoices ·         Confirm fishmeal landed  ·         Issue Purchase Requisitions ·         Issue Sample submission forms for JM Laboratories for tests ·         Update excel fishmeal stock sheets daily and reconcile monthly. ·         Issue Voucher (FPIV) for release and sales of fishmeal. ·         Issue invoices and arrange all relating documentation for sales. ·         Arrange documents to be sent to clients. LC related via Bank.  ·         Monitor fishmeal stores ·         Preparing costing’s on request. ·         Reconcile service provider’s invoices.
