Minimum Requirements...

• Proven branch management experience • A history of excellent customer service is mandatory
• Ability to meet set monthly sales targets/budgets consistently
• Ability to manage, motivate and optimize the team's performance
• 4-5 yrs. Retail experience with at least 2yrs middle management experience
• A flair for creativity and an interest in IT will both be distinct advantages

Job Specification...

• Control and oversee all branch activities and procedures;
• Uphold and maintain the company's image;
• Ensure that financial targets and objectives are met, stock levels are optimized and growth allocated area of responsibility is achieved;
• Manage staff compliment effectively.
