Description:	We are looking for a passionate Tour Consultant. You will manage travel requirements for holiday travelers and you will provide tourism related services and package tours. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services. Responsibilities • Plan and sell our scheduled tours • Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destinations, travel dates, costs and accommodations • Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, maps, regulations to travelers • Book transfers, make hotel reservations • Prepare tour packages • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds • Enter data into our software and maintain client files • Network with tour operators Requirements • Proven working experience as a tour consultant • Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, Microsoft office package, internet, fax and email • Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus (e.g. German) • Strong sales skills • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively • Grade 12 or Degree in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism
