Your Tasks As a Training Consultant your tasks include the following: Conducting training workshops for civil society organisations lasting between 1-5 working days in and outside of Windhoek Preparing training sessions and material to meet the needs of the participants Implementing interactive training sessions with clearly defined learning outcomes Concluding training sessions by handing out evaluation forms, writing a report and preparing training-related financial documentation in compliance with HSF regulations.
