Introduction •Administer user accounts and
mailboxes in Domain structure.
•Provides support on the virus software by running diagnostic
tests to detect and isolate machine malfunctions and takes corrective action.
•Maintains and administers the call center system.
•Provide user support to all MTC employees
•Coordinate computer deployment within MTC by joining computer
to the domain and ensuring up to date patches and fixes and anti-virus software
on workstation.
•Performs advanced troubleshooting on Workstation and takes
corrective measures.
•Conducts 1st line support on the LAN/WAN.
•Conducts 2nd line user support by providing technical support
in the installation and operations of all computers.
•Provides report to the Manager: IT Infrastructure on monthly
activity.

Specification •Grade 12 (25 points)
•A+, N+ & MCSA Qualifications
•Degree/Diploma in Information Technology (Advantage)
•+/- 3 – 5 years Technical on workstations and servers
experience.
•Must be customer service orientated, team player, friendly,
patient with a helpful disposition
•Must be able to function well in a stressful environment.
•Fully computer literate & valid driver’s licence
•Namibian citizenship or residency (if you are Zimbabwean Contact Employment Boot Camp for Details)
