Description:	The main responsibilities of the job include strategically planning, directing and coordinating the activities in the territory to ensure sustainable growth on an annual basis.

Responsibilities:	Analyse branch performance and provide feedback, guidance, training and encouragement in order to impact results • Handle the team in various planning and execution of the operations • Deliver reports, sales and frequent meetings with good level of competence • Handle public relations and client relationships • Monitor service delivery and overall customer satisfaction • Conduct regular internal audits and stock counts at assigned agencies and outlets • Perform human resource management, fleet management, marketing, personnel training & development; as well as research and business development functions • Ensure compliance of standards and policies • Handle and co-ordinate all logistical arrangements
Quaification Needed:	Matric Relevant degree/diploma will be an added advantage
Experience Needed:	A minimum of 5 years experience in management Experience in Internal Auditing
Skills Required:	Functioning Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Valid Code BE driver’s license • Marketing and financial experience is essential • Must be good at sales and customer service • Must be target driven and able to meet deadlines • Fluent in English with strong writing skills • Must be fluent in Oshiwambo • Willingness to travel extensively on a regular basis • Willingness to work extra hours as required • Willingness to accept additional responsibilities • Willingness to work independently
