Responsibilities:
•Ensure Personnel Data is accurate, meets legal requirement and confidentiality is maintained •Ensure that the Recruitment and Selection process are made in line with Unit and Head Office plans •Induction processes are adhered to •Achieve annual learning plans to support the business unit strategy and best practice standards and that ROI measures are tracked and reported on •Responsible for ensuring HR policies are adhered to and balances company objective and needs of employees in context of environment (competition, legislation, etc.) •Application of disciplinary and grievance procedures is consistent and fair as per company guidelines •Monitor and promote employee utilisation of the Employee Wellness Programme •Provider Relationships are managed accordingly •Develop and implement an HR strategy and operational plan to achieve unit objectives •Streamline and manage the performance management process •Provide management and employee support •Ensure remuneration and benefits are in line with SOP’s and legal requirements
Quaification Needed:
•Matric/Grade 12 •HR or similar degree
Experience Needed:
•A minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resource Management experience in employment selection, training, organization development, ER, compensation and employment law •At least three years’ experience at a senior HRM level (preferably in a Hospitality and Gaming environment)
