Responsibilities:
• Management and co-ordination of all HR related processes and good practices • Consultation on all policy and procedural requirements • Recruitment of staff • Performance and talent management • Learning & Development requirements • Reporting and metrics • Employee Relations advice and support • Various HR related projects and initiatives
Quaification Needed:
HR Degree / 3 year Diploma
Experience Needed:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Retail environment is a MUST!
Skills Required:
 A relevant tertiary qualification • 5+ years experience in HR related operations, at a management level • Knowledge of applicable HR, AA and Skills Development Legislation for Namibia • Strong background and knowledge of Employee Relations • A valid driver’s licence • The ability to travel extensively across Namibia Excellent • Attention to detail • Sound retail business acumen • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to persuade and influence business stakeholders • Strong organisational skills • Be a team player • Proven experience in training and facilitation would be advantageous
