Description:
Responsible and accountable to oversee and manage all administrative affairs of all lodge operations
Lang. Requirements:
English, Afrikaans , German will be advantage
Responsibilities:
•Uphold a reliable and transparent filing system •Implement controlling systems •Ensure operational effectiveness •Accurate filing compliance administration •Ensure safe keeping of all documents (safe storage, up-keeping confidentially) •Co-operate with the area management, team leader and team member to review, amend and implement controlling systems •Ensure efficient, neat filing and archiving. •Ensure safe storage of cash, cheques petrol card and other valuables •Ensure safe storage of confidential documents ( Human resource documentation ) •Ensure safekeeping of compliance documentation •Ensure administrative correctness of documentation for the following departments: •Reservation: reports, statistics, guest accounts •Guest accounts after departure: guest payments, correct balances •All departments: correct stock counts and inventories •Complete administration of newly recruited employees •Prepare contracts for new recruits •Social Security Registration and termination for employees, temporary employees and interns •Keep track of probation period progress in conjunction with team leader •Update Benchmark registration and withdrawal timely •Update on terminations, resignations, maternity leave timely •Manage and enter all hours correctly in the Payroll system •Keep track of annual leave, compassionate leave, sick leave, off-days, leave cycle •Take minutes of the monthly staff meeting as well as other meetings as delegated by the Team (lodge) manager •Oversee correctness of orders (approved by Team (lodge) manager and or responsible manager on duty, sufficient quotations in evidence) •Oversee correctness of deliveries and invoices (approved Team (lodge) Manager and or responsible manager on duty •Coding, filing of invoices, quotes, orders, invoices for processing at WHK accounts •Align stock prices to stock sheets
Quaification Needed:
Grade 12 + Diploma in Hospitality and Toursim + Diploma in HR , must have a certificate in Microsoft Office
Experience Needed:
2 - 5 years expierence
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills, Leadership and management skills, good HR skills
